Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a San Jose Earthquakes suite?

To lock in your Premium Suite outing at PayPal Park, click on the game you wish to attend via the SINGLE-MATCH SUITES page to see available suite options. A Premium Suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your payment information or by contacting the San Jose Earthquakes Ticket Sales Department at 408-556-7700 or [email protected]

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Earthquakes Ticketing Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Earthquakes will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into PayPal Park.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes! All suites listed online are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes! All Suites are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the Audi Entrance located on the south end of the stadium. ADA parking is available in the Audi lot, of which parking passes will be assigned upon purchase of any suite.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is preferred. At least 25% of payment is required to reserve your space. Your remaining balance will be charged to the method of payment on file automatically 30 days out from your scheduled booking if you do not pay off the remaining balance prior.

Are there any additional fees?

No! The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses both before and during the game.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is coordinated through Oak View Group. Following your suite purchase, an OVG representative will be in touch via e-mail or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. In-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs are available through the Oak View Group. A representative will reach out following the purchase of your suite.

Costs typically vary depending on the age and size of the group. Larger groups made up of primarily adults may spend more on alcoholic beverages than the average group.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available for purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Earthquakes Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for any suite. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into PayPal Park. Suites can provide a welcome private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and PayPal Park)?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

No. Tickets allocated to a specific suite can only access the suite specified on your tickets. Access into the Audi Field Club is reserved for those with tickets in that space. Please contact your Earthquakes ticket representative if you have additional questions.

GameDay Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in the Audi Lot on the South side of the stadium. Click here for specific directions on how to get there, and identifying points of entry.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The Audi Gate is located on the South side of the stadium, and is the closest entrance to the Audi Lot. Please visit parking directions to see the Audi Gate mapped out in relationship to the Audi Lot.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes! Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.
